Suzie has been a prominent family barrister for over 30 years, often combining divorces with horses.
She has empathy and expertise to highlight all the client led advantages of mediation. Suzie will ensure that all are heard equally, and will ensure that the family, firm or participants are able to craft bespoke solutions that are most suitable for them.
Suzie's equestrian background contains a prolific pedigree. She has competed internationally, selected horses to Olympic level and was a director of British Eventing. She has a BSc in Applied Animal Behaviour and is an Equine Expert Witness. She is appointed to the Sports Resolution panel and continues her interest in facilitating mediation in all sports.
John was originally a Loss Adjuster before moving into other areas of the insurance industry including Insurance Broking where he acts as a consultant to a Chelsea based firm. He has been the Chair of the Chelsea and Westminster Chamber of Commerce.
He became an Accredited Mediator with the School of Psychotherapy and Councelling Psychology (SPCP) in 2005.
As well as being a general mediator, John is able to deal with insurance related disputes & has been involved with family and relationship issues. Clients find John easy to communicate with and very approachable; he is often sought out by word of mouth recommendations.

Melissa de Haldevang qualified as a mediator in 2005 her work has focused on family and employment matters.
In addition Melissa works as an executive coach within the global financial services sector. She runs a private executive coaching, psychotherapy and counselling practice working directly with businesses, supporting employees and with city based GP’s and Psychiatrists, previously having practiced in the NHS.
Melissa has a background in management, team leadership and broking within the Lloyds insurance market including global marketing and client relationship development

Spenser is a very experienced, skilled and effective barrister, mediator and international mediator trainer. He chairs the Bar Council Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel and is a member of the Judicial ADR Liaison Committee.
Spenser has a particular interest and expertise is in the psychology of mediation. Formerly a visiting lecturer at Regent's University psychotically based course, Spenser has delivered advanced mediation skills training across the globe for the Foreign Office and Ministry of Justice.
Outside his professional life, Spenser is an Ambassador for the Desmond Tutu Foundation (UK).

Francis trained as a barrister, before becoming a solicitor and helping form Rylatt Chubb LLP, a specialist dispute resolution firm in central London in 2009. He is a qualified arbitrator and accredited mediator with wide life experience both in the law and other disciplines.
Prior to Rylatt Chubb Francis worked in Sofia as the representative of a major English law firm looking after a wide range of businesses in Southeast Europe.
Francis is a former Army officer and has also worked as a journalist in the Middle East and businessman in Southeast Europe and has senior not for profit experience as the former chair of a charitable trust.
Claire was called to the bar in 1994 and practised as a common law barrister with a focus on family law from 1 Dr. Johnson’s Buildings, Temple, London.
In 1998 she also started lecturing at BPP Law School on the Bar Vocational Course (now BPTC) and became a Principal Lecturer, leading Civil Litigation, Conference and Negotiation skills and Family Law. She also taught on the Legal Practice Course for solicitors, most recently from the Bristol branch.
Claire qualified as a specialist Family Mediator and is MIAMS qualified, FMC Accredited, Direct Child Consultation Accredited, Incredible Years Practitioner and Vice Chair Powys County Council Standards Board.

Lionel is a proven and well-respected business professional, with a strong track record of managing complex commercial projects. As a professional facilitator he is naturally communicative with a passion for strategic and creative thinking.
His background, which includes construction project management, gives
him a solid understanding of the intricacies of commercial, contractual and engineering matters.
Lionel qualified and is a panel member with the ADR Group, he is comfortable mediating small or large scale complex disputes.
Zoe Lane-Smith

Zoe was called to the Bar in 1997. She has gained considerable experience of many different areas of law throughout her career and has always been praised for her exceptional people skills, enabling clients to feel instantly at ease. The patience and understanding that Zoe brings to contentious cases has often lead to early settlement for her clients, thereby avoiding the further cost and stress of court appearances.
Zoe has qualified with the ADR group as a “hybrid” mediator and is able to conduct both family and civil and commercial mediations.
Zoe has been a life-long horse owner and competed nationally.
Michele O'Leary
Mediator, Family Barrister & Judge
Michele practices in all areas of family law. She was appointed a Deputy District Judge at the Central Family Court in 2003, and was made a Master of the Bench at Lincoln's Inn in 2007.
She is a Grade A advocacy trainer and has taught advocacy in Guernsey, Kuala Lumpur and Ghana. Michele gives seminars for Chambers and undertakes court skills training for professional organisations.
Michele is especially skilled at engaging clients with her immense dispute resolution abilities. The depth of her understanding promotes focused client centred outcomes allowing the family to move forward.
Pamilla Gill

Pamilla has been practising as a family law barrister for over 20 years. She is based in London, and is experienced in all aspects of family law particularly in relation to children.
As well as practising as a barrister, over the last 15 years. IATC qualified to undertake advocacy training and teaches trainee barristers on the BPTC as well as an External Examiner.
Pamilla is a family mediator who trained with the ADR group, and is committed to supporting clients to find solutions to family difficulties in a positive and civilised way.
