We do not give legal advice during mediation but we can give legal information so that you can make an informed choice when making your joint decisions. The outcome of the mediation is a written list of all your joint decisions in a ‘Memorandum of Agreement’ and a record of your finances in a ‘Financial Schedule’.

Your Solicitor, or Barrister will review and incorporate these decisions into the legal documents you will need to complete the formalities. If you do not have your own solicitor or barrister, we have a list of lawyers available who can advise you and do this work on your behalf for a pre arranged and agreed fee.
