Fee Schedule and Terms and conditions

Due to the bespoke nature of the service we provide the Fee Schedule below is for guidance only. At the initial consultation with the clients, your mediators will determine and discuss the appropriate fee schedule.

1. Fully inclusive fixed fee mediation (civil, commercial & equestrian disputes) with co-mediators:

2. MIAMS £150 per person: can be available by SKYPE Zoom Teams

 

3. Session based family £300 per hour co mediation (mediator & technician)

 

4. Counselling £200 for per hour.

5. Fees for additional technical expertise to be agreed on a case by case basis.

​​

6. Non monetary claims will be assessed on a case by case basis.

No VAT all fees are payable in advance
